• All bookings are final: Once a session or service is booked, it cannot be cancelled.

• No refunds will be provided once the booking is completed.

• For physical products (e.g., crystals), we do not accept returns unless the item is received in a damaged condition (with unboxing video proof).

• In the rare case that we cancel or reschedule a session, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
