At Spiritual Thrive, we aim to provide a seamless experience for both digital services and the delivery of physical products across India. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.


1. Digital Products & Services

  • Online Courses, Consultations, and other digital services are delivered via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Access links or session details will be shared as per the course type or service booked.

  • Please ensure your email ID and WhatsApp number are correctly entered during checkout.


2. Physical Product Shipping (Crystals, Tools, etc.)

We ship physical products like healing crystals, spiritual tools, accessories, etc., to all locations across India.

2.1 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the product page or banner offers).

2.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

2.3 Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Shiprocket network to ensure safe and timely delivery.


3. Tracking Information

  • Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or Email to track your order.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.


4. Order Issues & Delays

  • If your order is delayed, please reach out to us with your Order ID.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or natural events (strikes, lockdowns, weather conditions, etc.), but we’ll do our best to assist.


5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate during checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or delivery failure (unreachable phone, door closed, etc.) will only be re-shipped once — and additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Packaging & Product Safety

  • All products are carefully cleansed, energized (if applicable), and securely packed to avoid damage.

  • In case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images/video proof for resolution.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only.
