1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a session through Spiritual Thrive, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental or guardian consent.

• You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms communicated to you.

2. Booking Confirmation

• Once you book a session, we will respond within 24 hours via WhatsApp to confirm the availability and finalize the session details.

• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive this WhatsApp confirmation.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All sessions must be paid in full via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) after confirmation.

• Payments are non-refundable once the session is confirmed, unless cancelled by Spiritual Thrive (see Section 4).

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If Spiritual Thrive cancels or reschedules your session, you will receive either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • An option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

• If you wish to reschedule:

  • Please notify us at least 6 hours in advance via WhatsApp.

  • We will try our best to accommodate based on availability, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

5. Session Guidelines

• Sessions are personalized and time-bound.

• Please ensure you join the session on time.

• Delays from your side will not be compensated with extra time unless agreed beforehand.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including but not limited to text, images, session recordings, spiritual tools, practices, and resources provided by Spiritual Thrive, are our intellectual property.

• No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused in any form without our explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer

• Our sessions are meant for spiritual growth, guidance, and wellness. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

• Outcomes and experiences vary for each individual, and we do not guarantee specific results.

8. Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. Any information shared during sessions or bookings will be kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website and services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
